Option C (Development & Maintenance Only)

  • Start-up Implementation which includes:
    • Assist in Construction Overview
    • Build charge master
    • Provide job descriptions
    • Staff education and training
    • Medical staff education
    • Billing and coding training
    • Assistance with marketing plan
    • Provide equipment and supply requirements
    • On-site Startup Services consisting of:
      • Months 0-3 after unit opens
      • IWC staff member on site 4-5 days per week for weeks 1-4
      • IWC staff member on site 3 days per week for week 5-8
      • IWC staff member on site 1 day per week for weeks 9-12
  • Maintenance Services which include:
    • Months 4 and thereafter IWC staff will make monthly trips with additional trips as needed. On these trips IWC will:
      • Review and update charge master
      • Provide billing updates and review
      • Perform annual staff competencies
      • Assist in equipment preventative maintenance program
      • Review compliance program
      • Review of Performance Improvement program
      • Review JCAHO compliance
      • Provide Corporate Medical Director Resource
  • Proprietary written policies, procedures, job descriptions, and clinical forms
  • Proprietary wound care dateabase and tracking software
